Our Guarantee
We guarantee your satisfaction with every item on the NauticalLuxuries.com Website. If you are not satisfied with one of our products at the time you receive it, or if one of our products does not perform to your satisfaction, return it to Nautical Luxuries for a replacement or refund. In the event that you need to return or exchange an item, each shipment we send you includes instructions for returning merchandise.
Product Pricing and Payment Policy
The prices displayed on this Website are quoted in US currency. Prices are subject to change at any time.
Sales tax is automatically applied to all orders shipped within the state of California.
Nautical Luxuries accepts the following payment options:
VISA and MasterCard, Visa and Mastercard debit cards, PayPal, Check, (Personal, Business or Cashier's), and Money Orders.
GIFT CERTIFICATEs & gift wrap
Gift Certificates may be redeemed online, by phone, or by mail. When redeeming your Gift Certificate online, please include the Authorization Code in the Special Instructions box in your shopping cart.
Every item shipped from Nautical Luxuries is carefully and artfully packaged to provide our customers with a uniquely luxurious purchasing experience - every time they shop with us! For special gift-giving occasions, we also offer gift-wrapping on all but our over-sized items. Gifts are packaged in white gift boxes, wrapped in an all-occasion, matte silver giftwrap, with a Nautical Luxuries French Blue satin bow, and signature silver logo sticker.
ORDER & SHIPPING CONFIRMATIONS
An email confirmation of your order is automatically sent to the email address provided in your order, at the time your order is placed. Since spam blockers can prevent these automatic confirmations from getting through, you may not receive your order confirmation. A second automatic email confirmation of shipment is sent to you by UPS at the time your package is shipped. This email includes the package tracking number. You can then track the progress of your package online at www.UPS.com. Since these emails too, are often stopped by spam blockers, please feel free to contact us at any time, to check on the status of your order.
BACKORDERED ITEMS
If an item is on backorder and will not ship within 3-5 business days, we will notify you by email. Your credit card is not billed until the order is ready to ship. If multiple items are ordered, a partial shipment may be sent, identifying any items on backorder. There is no additional shipping charge for backordered items shipped separately.
Returns
To return or exchange merchandise, please enclose your packing slip (noting on the front side the reason for your return and the action you wish taken: refund, replacement or exchange), and ship your package to:

Return shipping is the customer's responsibility unless the merchandise received was damaged on arrival, defective or an incorrect product. Please contact Customer Service for assistance with return shipping on any damaged, defective, or incorrect merchandise 1-(866) 601-4887.
Items must be returned in their original condition, with adequate packaging to prevent damage during return shipping. Refunds will be issued to the original form of payment, unless otherwise requested. Should you have any questions concerning a return, please contact us.
Shipping Policy
In-stock items are shipped within 1-3 business days of your order. Orders are shipped via UPS Ground, (PO Box shipments are sent via US Priority Mail). From California, delivery times will vary from 1-8 days, depending upon the delivery location. Please contact Customer Service, or note in the Special Instructions box on your shopping cart, if express service is desired. A Customer Service Representative will call or email you with express shipping options and costs for your approval, prior to completing the processing of your order.
Shipping costs for orders placed online are calculated automatically based on your merchandise order total. In some cases, such as small jewelry items, the shipping amount you will actually be billed, will be less than what is indicated on the Website. We regularly ship orders to Canada, the Caribbean, Australia, New Zealand and Western Europe. A Customer Service Representative will email you with shipping costs to international locations, upon request. Any import duty, taxes and levies imposed on imported goods are the responsibility of the customer.

TRADE INQUIRIES
Nautical Luxuries wholesales a limited range of its stationery items. We are also pleased to offer recognized residential, corporate, yacht and jet interior designers and decorators a trade discount. Please contact us for additional information on wholesale and trade accounts.
